  • What are the projected HOA/Strata fees?

    Vista Palmar has been designed to maximize living enjoyment while maintaining owner friendly maintenance fees, with HOA fees projected to be approximately $30 MXN per square meter. HOA fees will cover regular and routine maintenance to the communal sections and exterior of the building, including landscaping, pool maintenance, cleaning and maintenance of the public areas and amenities spaces, and scheduled elevator maintenance.
